Key Responsibilities:
- “This position is part of a bargaining unit.”
- Business Analyst and/or Tech Delivery experienced resource having in depth knowledge of the software lifecycle and client facing experience
- Manage and track end to end lifecycle of Brightspot projects and Buganizer bugs
- Participate in Quarterly Project Meetings (QPM)/launch meetings to help strategically plan product launches and identify scope
- Understand project requirements and impact to better create and plan projects based on scope, priorities, SLAs. capacity and publishing commitments
- Manage and ensure corpus safety process is followed
- Act as liaison between stakeholders and OT addressing requirement clarifications impacting projects
- Ensure adherence to SOP at all times
- Conduct high level content review to verify scope has been implemented
- Point of Contact of stakeholders and PT during day of publishing
- Conduct and direct publishing activities including roll backs as necessary
- Maintain POD related documents at all times
- Manage any launch and/or publishing related communications
- Participate in pre, day of and post launch support activities
- Responsible in increasing one’s product knowledge for efficiency
- Expected to support on Pacific Standard Time
