Key Responsibilities:

  • “This position is part of a bargaining unit.”
  • Business Analyst and/or Tech Delivery experienced resource having in depth knowledge of the software lifecycle and client facing experience
  • Manage and track end to end lifecycle of Brightspot projects and Buganizer bugs
  • Participate in Quarterly Project Meetings (QPM)/launch meetings to help strategically plan product launches and identify scope
  • Understand project requirements and impact to better create and plan projects based on scope, priorities, SLAs. capacity and publishing commitments
  • Manage and ensure corpus safety process is followed
Closely work with PT to manage capacity, meet requirements and timeline with quality
  • Act as liaison between stakeholders and OT addressing requirement clarifications impacting projects
  • Ensure adherence to SOP at all times
  • Conduct high level content review to verify scope has been implemented
  • Point of Contact of stakeholders and PT during day of publishing
  • Conduct and direct publishing activities including roll backs as necessary
  • Maintain POD related documents at all times
  • Manage any launch and/or publishing related communications
  • Participate in pre, day of and post launch support activities
  • Responsible in increasing one’s product knowledge for efficiency
  • Expected to support on Pacific Standard Time
