Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist with the recruitment process by identifying candidates, performing reference checks and issuing employment contracts.
- Facilitate onboarding of new hires, conduct orientations and training sessions.
- Assist with the preparation of the annual HR budget.
- Support the maintenance and update of HR records and databases.
- Facilitate procedures for employee benefits and enrollments.
- Compile reports concerning personnel-related data: hiring, termination, absenteeism, etc.
Skills and Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience as an HR coordinator.
- Knowledge of human resources processes and best practices.
- Strong ability in using MS Office Suite, especially Excel and Powerpoint.
- Experience with HR databases and HRIS systems.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle data with confidentiality.
