Customer Service Representative
Adecco is assisting a client in Janesville, WI in hiring a 1st shift Customer Service Rep. This role would be from 8am-4:30pm and pay from $18-20/hr based on experience. This is a temp to hire role!
Job duties include:
- Preparing quotations
- Receiving and entering orders into the computer system
- Communication with customers primarily via the phone and email
- Works closely with all internal departments resolving customer issues and concerns
-Must do follow-ups on quotations, orders, and complaints with customers.
Qualifications Include:
-Three years of business-to-business customer service experience- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of export shipping and documentation and the ability to multi task in fast paced environment.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel and strong math and keyboard skills also required.

Pay Details: $18.00 to $20.00 per hour
