Liability Attorney

A litigation law firm is hiring an experienced litigation Attorney based in Herndon, Virginia. In this role, you will be part of a team of over 150 professionals across several locations. This role provides a unique opportunity to take on challenging litigation cases and contribute to our growth.

• Handle a variety of civil litigation cases, including liability defense matters, ensuring all legal proceedings are conducted in compliance with the law.
• Conduct thorough Discovery processes to gather necessary information for each case.
• Represent clients at Court Hearings, ensuring their rights and interests are suitably defended.
• Attend Hearings on behalf of clients, presenting cases and arguments in a clear and compelling manner.
• Contribute to the growth of our team by bringing your experience and expertise in Litigation Attorney roles.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Virginia trial and litigation Attorney
• Proven skills and experience in Litigation Attorney procedures
• Demonstrable knowledge and experience in liability and liability defense or workers' comp and employment liability defense
• Must possess experience in Civil Litigation
• Proficiency in Discovery processes and management
• Experience in Court Hearings is required
• Ability to attend and manage Hearings effectively
