Your responsibilities- Take care of both internal and external requests for status of contracts
- Expedite and follow the approval and execution process
- Look over contracts thoroughly to ensure completeness
- Add the information from contracts into the company database
- Guide the full life cycle of company contracts, from first request to final signature and contract distribution
- Prepare contractual provisions and administering contract proposals
- Execute company contract execution policy and procedures
- Conduct contract execution processes
- Field contracts database and keep it in good condition
- Discuss terms of agreements in detail
- Run reports from the contracts database as needed
- Ability to thrive in a high-paced environment, requiring exceptional organizational skills, juggling client matters, and adhering to strict deadlines
- Prior experience handling confidential business matters and information with discretion
- Requisite organizational skills to track and monitor contracts for future obligations, expiration dates and other contractual deadlines
- Expertise in diverse computer applications
- Relevant experience in the specific field or related area
- Excellent written, verbal and social communication skills
- Solid understanding of contracts
- Expertise in Contract Management
- Document Review experience
- Proficiency in customer service
- Eagerness to take initiative and learn quickly
