This is an immediate opportunity either for contract to hire or direct hire depending on the talent. Benefits include medical, dental and vision. This is 100% on site in Concord, NC. Dogs are on the premise for this smaller office staff of 4. Client is seeking to interview immediately with start date goal of 11/4/24 or potentially beforehand.

Due to quick start date, previous accounting and bookkeeping experience is required.

salary: $26.44 - $33.65 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 9 AM - 5 PM

education: No Degree Required

Responsibilities

Primary Responsibilities:  Record bills and pay vendors.

 Create invoices and record deposits.
 Bank Reconciliations
 File monthly Sales Tax
 Manage Accounts Receivable and
Accounts Payable.
 Process biweekly payroll with Paychex.
 Record Journal Entries as required
 Administer 401k
 Administer Health Benefits Account
 Annual Insurance audits

 Monthly Account Reconciliations

Skills

Bank Reconciliations

Financial Statements
QuickBooks (3 years of experience is required)
