We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Legal Secretary in San Francisco, California. As a Legal Secretary, you will assist attorneys with a variety of secretarial tasks, manage client files, and maintain the Confidentiality Agreement program.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist in document revisions, formatting, and finalizing
  • Prepare and manage engagement letters
  • Manage and organize client files efficiently
  • Answer phone calls professionally and promptly
  • Circulate letters and other legal documents via email and physical mail
  • Circulate documents for execution via DocuSign
  • Handle the administrative management of the Confidentiality Agreement program
  • Utilize management systems and Microsoft Office Suites effectively
  • Perform billing functions and calendar management
  • Format documents using ProLaw and PDF
  • Proofread and draft legal documents as required. • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suites, including Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook
  • Familiar with Management Systems
  • Capable of handling Billing Functions efficiently and accurately
  • Demonstrable experience in Calendar Management
  • Ability to work with PDF files, including editing and formatting
  • Prior exposure to ProLaw software is beneficial
  • Proficient in Document Formatting in various platforms
  • Excellent Proofreading skills to ensure accuracy of legal documents
  • Experience in drafting legal documents is a must
