Project Manager

3–6-month consulting engagement.

Responsibilities:

• Leading the global roll-out of the Purchase Order System
• Collaborating with tech teams to ensure smooth system updates
• Managing the approval process within the project scope
• Coordinating with executives, IT, product owners, and stakeholders for effective execution
• Regularly updating leadership on project progress, potential risks, and proposed solutions
• Organizing and leading meetings with both internal and external stakeholders to discuss project status and address issues
• Ensuring the project follows the designated path, meets timeline/phase requirements, and resources are utilized efficiently
