Requirements:

• Create electrical schematics, interconnect diagrams, and cabling layouts.
• Engineer SCR control panels for electric heaters, including mechanical equipment layout.
• Develop PLC systems and program them to meet specific project requirements.
• Design mechanical layouts for electrical junction boxes.
• Partner with engineers, customers, and management to discuss new or ongoing engineering projects and product development.
• Coordinate activities such as manufacturing, construction, installation, and maintenance to ensure alignment with specifications, codes, and client needs.
• Perform detailed calculations to establish manufacturing, construction, and installation standards.
• Prepare comprehensive material and equipment specifications, including complete electrical BOMs.
• Develop Factory Acceptance Test requirements and provide support during testing phases.
• Diagnose and resolve issues in instrumentation and control systems, offering timely and effective solutions, including production support.
• Create and maintain detailed documentation, such as system specifications, wiring diagrams, and operational procedures.
• Review and prepare technical drawings and system specifications to ensure compliance with standards and customer expectations.
• Stay informed on industry trends, regulatory updates, and advancements in electrical theory, instrumentation, and controls, incorporating best practices into projects.

This position offers a salary range of $85,000 to $95,000 depending on experience.
