Plumbing Superintendent

As they continue to expand, they are seeking highly experienced professionals to join their leadership team in new construction plumbing.

This role is based out of Lititz, PA, with job sites located within 1-1.5 hours of the office. No overnight travel is required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full lifecycle of plumbing projects from pre-construction through completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of plumbing foremen, mechanics, and subcontractors across multiple job sites, ensuring that work is performed to company and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with project managers and other trades to develop work plans, resolve issues, and ensure seamless coordination across all phases of construction.
• Oversee the procurement and timely delivery of materials, tools, and equipment, ensuring that all project needs are met efficiently.
• Ensure all plumbing installations meet local code requirements, company standards, and customer specifications.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to plumbing teams, fostering a positive and productive work environment while promoting professional development.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, enforce safety protocols, and identify potential risks or delays.
• Communicate regularly with general contractors, clients, and internal teams to provide updates, resolve issues, and ensure client satisfaction.
• Maintain detailed project documentation, including schedules, inspection reports, and safety records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all regulatory requirements.
• Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend best practices for enhancing operational efficiency and project outcomes.
