Gonzer Associates is looking for individuals to join our pool of qualified candidates for potential assignment as a Construction Project Manager-Environmental Safety.-Performs Project Monitoring on asbestos abatement, lead disturbance, and silica generating projects to ensure that all work is performed in accordance with applicable Federal, State and agency regulations/procedures.
- Oversees lead and asbestos abatement contractors and air monitoring to ensure work is performed properly.
- May also include oversite of contractors performing operations that may generate airborne silica.
- Prepares asbestos abatement and lead placard documents and maintain record.
- The candidate may be directed to perform asbestos surveys
