We are looking for a Sales Support detail oriented to join our team based in Tustin, California. In this role, you will be responsible for inside sales, customer service, and technical support. Responsibilities:- Establish and maintain a database of current and potential customers.
- Handle outbound calls to prospective customers and follow up on leads.
- Demonstrate the features of our products and stay informed about competitors' products and services.
- Upsell products and services to customers to achieve sales goals.
- Research and qualify new leads, leading to successful sales closure.
- Occasionally travel for customer meetings and tradeshows.
- Take on additional responsibilities outside of the job description as needed.
- Provide technical support to customers and resolve their inquiries.
- Collaborate with the Area Sales manager to optimize sales strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of customer credit applications. • Demonstrated proficiency in Configure Price Quote (CPQ) software
- Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
- Able to promptly and professionally handle inbound calls
- Experience in auditing and billing functions
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
- Previous experience in a sales support role
- Familiarity with the manufacturing industry
- Proactiveness in problem-solving and ability to work in a team environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task and work effectively under pressure.
