Construction Project Coordinator

The job function will also involve scheduling and preparing for meetings, making process improvements, and handling other assigned responsibilities.

• Provide administrative assistance to project managers for efficient operations
• Coordinate quality assurance and quality control activities to ensure project compliance
• Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance project execution
• Schedule and prepare for meetings, including the distribution of handouts and drafting of agendas
• Take detailed notes during meetings to ensure all key points are captured
• Draft and prepare correspondence and other official documents as required
• Perform quality control checks on technical documents and coordinate their formatting
• Upload project documents received from both internal and external sources for recordkeeping
• Utilize skills such as account reconciliation, data entry, and invoice processing
• Operate various software including Microsoft Excel, Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP. • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the construction industry
• Proficiency in account reconciliation, accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR)
• Solid experience in billing, data entry, and invoice processing
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Familiarity with Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP software
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
• Strong organizational skills and detail-oriented approach to work
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with team members
• Proven problem-solving capabilities and ability to make sound decisions
