Part Time Bookkeeper

This role offers a short-term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Process and reconcile all financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, and bank statements.
• Utilize QuickBooks for data entry and financial management tasks.
• Perform month-end close procedures to ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Conduct regular bank reconciliations to monitor financial status and discrepancies.
• Assist with payroll processing to ensure timely and accurate compensation for all employees.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel for financial data analysis and presentation.
• Maintain accurate customer credit records to ensure clear and updated account information.
• Resolve customer inquiries related to their accounts and transactions.
• Ensure adherence to financial regulations and guidelines in all operations. • Proficiency in account reconciliation
• Experience with accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR)
• Familiarity with bank reconciliations
• Solid understanding of bookkeeping practices
• Proficient in data entry tasks
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
