We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Staff Accountant in the real estate industry, located in NEW YORK, New York. As a Staff Accountant, your primary role will be to manage expense reimbursements dating back to 2017, extract data from RMS & Oracle, and collaborate with internal operations managers.

• Manage and process expense reimbursements efficiently.
• Pull and analyze data from RMS & Oracle systems.
• Collaborate with internal operations managers to ensure financial accuracy.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure all expenses are accounted for.
• Support the operations team in financial matters and expense-related queries.
• Maintain up-to-date and accurate financial records.
• Perform additional accounting duties as necessary. • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
• Proven experience as a Staff Accountant or similar role
• Proficiency in Oracle financial software
• Familiarity with expense reimbursements and related procedures
• Strong numerical and analytical skills
• Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Advanced proficiency in Excel
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proven ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
