Full Charge Bookkeeper

We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity to a Full Charge Bookkeeper in our West Palm Beach, Florida office. This role primarily involves maintaining financial records, processing transactions, and providing financial support for our small office manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all customer credit applications, ensuring they are processed with accuracy and efficiency.
• Handle all aspects of payroll for a team of 16, utilizing ADP Online.
• Take charge of invoicing processes, ensuring all transactions are recorded and processed in a timely manner.
• Maintain customer credit records, ensuring all information is current and accurate.
• Utilize QuickBooks for various bookkeeping functions, including tracking expenses and creating financial reports.
• Handle incoming phone inquiries and provide appropriate responses or direct calls as necessary.
• Utilize Excel to manipulate and analyze pre-created reports, requiring intermediate Excel skills.
• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary.
• Provide general bookkeeping support to maintain the financial health of the company. • Proficiency in QuickBooks is required
• Experience with ADP Online is essential
• Must be able to handle payroll for under 100 employees
• Demonstrated ability to perform all bookkeeping functions
• Prior experience in bookkeeping is necessary
