Responsibilities:

• Greet and check-in patients, ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience.
• Answer and route phone calls, providing information and scheduling appointments.
• Manage patient records and maintain confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
• Coordinate with healthcare providers to ensure smooth patient flow.
• Handle insurance verifications and assist with billing inquiries.
• Experience as a medical receptionist or in a similar healthcare role.
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining a calm and professional demeanor.
