Our client, a respected organization, is currently seeking an organized and dependable Senior Administrative Assistant. The ideal candidate will have proven administrative experience, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to handle a variety of office tasks efficiently.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level administrative support to executives and other team members.
- Maintain and manage executives' schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare reports, memos, invoices and other documents.
- Handle incoming calls and other communications.
- Coordinate office management tasks including office supplies, maintenance requests, and office equipments.
- Assist in preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
- Proven experience as a Senior Administrative Assistant or similar role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
Education and Experience: A high school diploma is required. An Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred. A minimum of 5 years experience in an administrative role is required.
