HVAC Technician (Seaside Heights, NJ)

Location: Seaside Heights, NJ - Full Time, On Site

Join Our Team as an HVAC Technician!

Do you have a passion for HVAC systems and enjoy hands-on work? We're seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our dynamic team in Seaside Heights, NJ. In this role, you'll play a crucial part in installing, repairing, and maintaining heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems across residential, commercial, and industrial settings.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Install new HVAC units, ductwork, and thermostats to optimize system performance.
• Perform routine maintenance to ensure HVAC systems operate efficiently.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with existing HVAC units.
• Replace parts and maintain inventory of replacement components.
• Adhere to company and industry safety standards at all times.
• Other related duties as assigned to support team goals.

Requirements

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems and equipment.
• Proficiency in using power and hand tools, thermometers, pressure gauges, and testing devices.
• Ability to interpret operation and repair manuals.
• Excellent mechanical aptitude and communication skills for customer interactions.

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Completion of vocational/technical school training or apprenticeship.
• Two years of related experience preferred.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to work on HVAC units and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Comfort working in varying temperatures and conditions.
