Are you detail-oriented, client-focused, and eager to grow in a dynamic financial services environment? We’re looking for a Shareworks Services & Operations Associate to support our Company @ Work business, handling critical account maintenance, disbursements, transfers, and research.
In this role, you’ll work across multiple operational functions, including processing payments, resolving escalated issues, handling stock transfers, managing check and Fed wire disbursements, and ensuring accurate account updates. You’ll also collaborate with internal teams and external clients while adhering to compliance and control guidelines.

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities
The Shareworks Services & Operations Associate is responsible for account maintenance, disbursements, transfers, and research for the company @ Work business. Associates are responsible for various functions in Operations which could include reports, clearing outstanding debits, resolution of escalated issues, processing and investigating payments, correspondence, client requests, account updates, scanning, stock transfers, check and Fed wire disbursements, check stop payments, etc.Associates are required to meet production and quality standards, cross train in multiple functions, adhere to compliance and control guidelines, and interact with internal and external clients, as well as peers in the Service Center or other Operations teams.
