Duration: Full-Time, Permanent

• Assistant Property Manager for retail commercial portfolio.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Capability to identify and resolve issues through cost/benefit analysis.
• Experience with Property Management Software (Yardi preferred).
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel and Word.
• Associate Degree (preferred).
• Real Estate License (preferred).
• 1-3 years of property management experience.

• Assist the Property Manager with operations, administration, and maintenance of commercial retail properties, focusing on leasing activities.
• Schedule and coordinate general maintenance for commercial properties.
• Assist in the collection of monthly rental fees.
• Assist in the review and approval of incurred operating expense invoices.
• Routinely perform property inspections to determine necessary repairs or maintenance.
• Meet with prospective tenants to show available units and discuss occupancy terms.
• Investigate complaints, disturbances, and tenant violations, ensuring resolution per management rules.
• Assist the Property Manager with financial reports, including budgets and common area maintenance reconciliation.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
