Service Technician

Job Purpose: Installation and troubleshooting of high speed assembly machinery

• Installation, training and debug of high speed assembly equipment
• Work with engineering team to analyze concept and optimize
• Test run machinery and troubleshoot to optimize efficiency
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Setup and troubleshooting of electrical components, such as photo sensors, plc inputs.
• Travel to customer sites to install equipment
• Ability to maintain detailed service records, document work performed, and provide accurate reports to management and customers.
• Proficiency in using computer software and tools for diagnostics and reporting.
• Collaboration with engineering teams for complex problem-solving and product improvements.
• Coordination with sales and support teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
