(link removed) Cooper Lighting Solutions is a business unit of Signify, the world leader in lighting.
Develop and present product proposals to optimize the placement of Cooper Lighting products, collaborating with retailers to align with their promotional strategies.
Oversee financial tracking, sales reports and analytics, POS reporting for key accounts, and manage P&L responsibilities for assigned programs.
Facilitate regular meetings with internal teams to develop product offerings and pricing strategies for various channels.
Maintain promotional calendars and co-op spending records. Prepare merchandising, advertising, and assortment proposals to increase market share.
Leverage POS data and analytical tools to enhance product placement, sales, and profitability; track marketplace trends and competitive activities.
Monitor competitor brands and products to identify market trends and opportunities.
Accurately forecast monthly and annual shipments to ensure optimal inventory levels for customers and the company; conduct regular buyer meetings and business reviews to refine inventory forecasts and promotional plans.
Lead sales presentations, business reviews, and category updates.

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
8+ years of retail experience as a national account manager in the consumer products industry
Proven success in meeting sales goals
Expert negotiation skills
Based in the Mooresville, NC, area or east coast near a major airport and can travel up to 50%- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future company sponsorship needs.

Salary: $128,000 - $175,000 Base
Bonus: Target 35% Sales Incentive Bonus
