Senior Salesforce Developer - SSD25-18599

Location: Everett, MA (Hybrid)

We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and maintain Salesforce solutions. The role involves full-cycle development, Salesforce administration, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders and team members to deliver software solutions.
• Develop and support Salesforce.com and integration platforms.
• Perform enhancements, bug fixes, and operational support.
• Participate in requirements gathering, design, testing, and documentation.
• Drive continuous improvement in application design and practices.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in software engineering, computer science, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience as a Salesforce developer on the Force.com platform.
• Expertise in Apex, Salesforce Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce APIs.
• Proficiency with tools like Force.com IDE, Visual Studio Code, and deployment processes.
• Experience with web services (SOAP, JSON, XML).
• Salesforce Certification required.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience transitioning from Salesforce Classic to Lightning.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1 compliance).
• Background in K-12 education or curriculum standards.
• Familiarity with AWS and Agile development methodologies.

Soft Skills:

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and situations.
