Bilingual Spanish Receptionist - Lynn

We are in search of a Bilingual Spanish Receptionist to join our team in Lynn, Massachusetts. This role will entail managing a multi-line phone system, providing exceptional customer service, and performing data entry tasks. The Receptionist will also be responsible for handling email correspondence and organizing files.

Responsibilities for the Bilingual Spanish Receptionist:

• Manage a multi-line phone system, ensuring all calls are answered promptly and directed to the appropriate department or individual.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Perform data entry tasks, ensuring all customer information is accurately recorded and updated.
• Handle email correspondence, responding to inquiries and forwarding messages as necessary.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Word to complete tasks and manage customer information.
• Organize files, ensuring all customer records are kept up-to-date and easily accessible.
• Schedule appointments, managing the calendar to avoid scheduling conflicts and ensure all appointments are met.
• Utilize interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with customers and team members.
• Proficiency in answering multi-line phone system
• Solid customer service skills
• Experience with data entry tasks
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
