We have an exciting opportunity for a meticulous Benefits Administrator to join our valued client's team, based in the Princeton, NJ area. This pivotal, full-time position is also adaptable for part-time engagement, depending on your preferences.

The role delivers an engaging Monday to Friday, onsite experience. An essential requirement for this position is possessing comprehensive auditing and pre-tax expertise, as your role would be integral in ensuring smooth administration of benefits packages and aiding staff throughout related procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • In-depth audit proficiency and pre-tax contribution expertise are vital prerequisites. Sales Support: Assist staff with queries, program enrolment, and claim processing.
  • Actively work with the team to manage and maintain benefit-related documentation and records with the utmost accuracy.
  • Assist with invoice processing and keep payroll updated with benefits amendments. Guarantee strict confidentiality of all personal employee data.
  • Collaboratively spearhead special projects and ensure compliance with corresponding regulations.

Qualifications:

  • 1 year+ of experience in a similar role, with exposure to benefits administration.
  • Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations related to benefits.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and maintain confidentiality.
