Physician Relations Manager
Responsibilities:
Responsible for working with peer PRM staff, marketing, and leadership to plan and implement effective outreach efforts focusing on key service lines, individual service offerings, service locations as growth opportunities in the hospital’s target markets.The position primarily focuses on developing and improving hospital referral relationships with physicians in the service area, with the goal of increasing the selection of the Facilities for inpatient and outpatient services by physicians who utilize the facilities and those who also select facilities.

Qualifications:
Education Requirements- 4-year Bachelor's Degree - OR - combination of relevant education & experience may be considered in lieu of Bachelor's Degree
- Relevant Experience w/physician relationship role in a healthcare related company; creating and fostering improved conversations and interactions between hospital-based physicians and external community-based physicians; hosting physician-based meetings, learning functions, and leading conversations that improve the brand image of hospital-based physicians; active leading discussions that market a hospital or healthcare related brand image
