We are seeking a motivatedVice President of Quality
to join our
Cooper Lighting Solutions Team

In this role youll be responsible for overseeing and ensuring the quality of products/systems and customer satisfaction
throughout the entire organization. This role includes managing field quality through customer feedback and audits, integratingadvanced quality planning into new product development and manufacturing, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards through
internal audits and certifications and overseeing software quality assurance using industry best practices. Additionally, collaborates
with cross-functional teams, provides thought leadership to promote a culture of quality, and leads continuous improvement initiatives
to enhance overall quality performance in alignment with the organization's strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Establishes an effective Management & Reporting Review structure to assure quality & business excellence performance is on target, including defining corrective actions when required.
Defines and implements the quality processes and tools required to drive product quality, customer satisfaction & continuous improvement within his/her scope.
Defines programs to improve the product/system quality performance to meet the strategic goals.
Works closely with other departments (e.g., R&D, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Sales) to ensure quality is integrated throughout the organization.
Manages product/system field activities when required using recall policies and procedures for the company.
More about you
Bachelors degree in technology sciences, engineering or a related discipline
Strong track record as Quality leader in managing and executing a quality plan on products, systems and services in an IoT, connectivity, software and/or mechatronics environment preferably gained in the automotive, consumer electronics or building automation industry.
Longstanding experiences in executing at a senior level a quality strategy across a global company from Innovation, R&D, Suppliers, Operations, Installations and Field Monitoring & Service
Experience in new product development & complaint handling processes with cross-functional teams.
Longstanding experience working with business stakeholders within a cross-functional matrix environment with the ability to collaborate across the different levels of the organization with high impact and engagement.
Proven direct people management experience.
Strong analytical skills to synthesize multiple factors and recommend business direction and actions.
Change Management skills: Proven ability to tailor previous learnings for a different company, culture, speed and maturity level to role model our culture, behaviors and competencies.- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future company sponsorship needs.

Salary: $205,100 - $300,850 based on experience level
Bonus: target bonus opportunity 30%
