On-site Temporary Spanish Translator

Role Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and personable Temporary Spanish Translator to support on site our Supply Chain Hiring Event. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless communication between our team and Spanish-speaking candidates, enhancing their experience during the event.
Proposed Hours: Tuesday & Thursdays 9:00am to 3:00pm (October - December)
Role Responsibilities:
- Greeting Candidates: Welcome Spanish-speaking candidates warmly and professionally upon arrival.
- Hosting Tours: Provide guided tours of our facilities, ensuring clear and engaging communication about our operations and workplace environment.
- Assisting with Applications: Help candidates complete application forms and provide translations of necessary documents.
- Facilitating Offers: Assist in translating and explaining job offers and related documentation to candidates, ensuring clarity and understanding.
- General Support: Offer any additional translation support needed throughout the event, including during informational sessions and Q&A segments.
Role Qualifications:
- Fluency in Spanish and English: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
- Previous Translation Experience: Prior experience in a similar role or in a customer-facing capacity preferred.
- Strong Interpersonal Skills: Ability to engage with candidates professionally and empathetically.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with Supply Chain Industry: Understanding of basic supply chain concepts is a plus but not required.

Pay Range: USD $17.00 - USD $17.00 /Hr.
