Management Development
Location: Meriden, CT
Pay Range: $35 - $55 per hour
Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated candidate for our Management Development Program, designed to cultivate future company leaders. This role provides hands-on experience across multiple departments, paired with tailored mentorship and professional development opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead projects to improve efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
- Support lean manufacturing initiatives and drive waste reduction efforts.
- Ensure workplace safety and compliance with industry regulations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Mechanical aptitude; manufacturing experience preferred but not required.
- Reliable, punctual, and eager to learn in a cross-functional environment.
