Overview:

You will interact with various stakeholders to learn multiple facets of the underwriting process.

This is your chance to check out AmTrust North America as a potential employer. We will provide you with the tools and resources to be successful. Your internship supervisor and professional mentor will be available to make sure you are benefiting from your experience.

Responsibilities:

• Develop the knowledge and skills to set up an underwriting file
• Learn about evaluating a risks claims history
• Exposure to the underwriting process
• Will learn to complete policy endorsements
• Will learn to enter and rate submissions
• Listens to peers, managers and Brokers

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree candidate,
• Computer skills on MS Office (e.g. excel, power point)
• Clear and concise written communication
• Minimal grammatical / spelling errors in written communication
• Professional demeanor with clients and teammates
• Demonstrates integrity and respect

This role is hybrid out of Nashua, NH and is compensated at $25/hr.
