Resident Manager - Rohnert Park, CA

Position Hours: Full Time (40 hours a week) - Schedule will include Saturdays and on-call availability

Compensation Package:

• Rent for the unit: $1,500 /monthly
• $20/hr
• Unit Offered: Sonoma Parks Apartment - 7359 Boris Ct, Rohnert Park, CA
• Unit Description: 1 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom.
• Move in date: ASAP

What you will do:

1. Rental Activities
2. Keep vacant units clean
3. Answer phones
4. Issue (post) notices to tenants when necessary and receive, distribute & file notices received
5. Conduct move-in/move-out inspections
6. Document and recommend necessary repair work and organizing any vender work to be performed. Monitoring such work as it is being performed
7. Order locks to be changed/change codes after move-outs (in-between tenants)
8. Administration
9. Maintain/secure keys & remotes
10. Prepare and orchestrate various inspections
11. Annual safety inspections of each unit with Property Manager
12. Work with various municipal (fire, water, insurance) inspections
13. Enforcement of apartment rules
14. Maintain registry of tenants, vehicles, assigned keys & gate remotes
15. Maintain & file monthly expenses reports and receipts
16. Create supply and equipment manifest
17. Order and/or reorder of supplies for maintaining the complex
18. Maintenance
19. Straighten up and remove trash from common areas
20. Call vendors for plumbing, electrical, gas issues and report to PM within 24 hours of such occurrences
21. Keep entry and common areas free of debris and clutter
22. Return garbage, recycling, and compost containers to respective locations after pickup days and keep area clean and organized
23. Replace broken and burnt lightbulbs in all common areas

What you will need to be successful:

• Onsite Manager will be required to attend any training by PURE, including but not limited to Fair Housing courses
• Selected applicants will need to qualify for $1,500.00/mo rent and undergo regular tenant screening
• 1-2 years prior property management or leasing experience
• Strong Administrative, communication and organization skills required
