Overview:

We are currently looking for an energetic person with a can-do attitude and great people skills to manage the flow of visitors and callers to our local offices. This entails answering calls and fielding them, accordingly, addressing visitor questions and needs, and providing an overall welcoming environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Greets and directs corporate office callers by answering telephone calls from customers, determining the nature of business and directing callers to appropriate destination.
  • Welcomes visitors and employees to the corporate office by greeting them, answering, and referring questions.
  • Completes special assignments by stuffing and labeling envelopes, sorting, collating, and stapling material for internal and external distribution.
  • Maintains safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
  • Maintains continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
  • Balancing cash and preparing bank transactions.
  • Must be friendly & professional.
  • Help with special projects/ general admin duties.
  • Other duties as assigned.
