Job Description- Business Development Strategy: develop and implement strategic business development plans to identify new market opportunities and expand Company's clients base;
- Client Acquisition: in charge of the acquisition of new clients within the digital advertising industry, targeting mid-to-large sized businesses and agencies;
- Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling;
- Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to C-level executives, Client Directors, CMOs, Digital Directors, highlighting the value proposition of our digital advertising solutions;
- Negotiations: Lead negotiations with clients, ensuring that deals are profitable and mutually beneficial;
- Market Analysis: Be up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly;
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with internal teams (e.g., marketing, sales operations, product) to ensure a smooth sales process and deliver exceptional client service.
- Public Speaking: deliver engaging presentations and speeches at industry events and conferences, representing the Company and building brand awareness.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field;
- Fluent in English as well Italian;
- Proven track record in sales leadership, with a focus on digital advertising or media;
- Existing portfolio of clients: a proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with key clients in the digital advertising industry;
- Public Speaking Skills: Ability to deliver compelling presentations and speeches to audiences of varying sizes;
- Strong understanding of the digital advertising landscape, including key players, technologies, and trends;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationship and trust with clients at all levels;
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills;
- Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve sales targets;
- Proficiency in using CRM and sales enablement tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Fluency in multiple languages (e.g., English, Italian, French);
- Experience working with programmatic advertising or ad tech platforms;
- Knowledge of digital advertising metrics and analytics;
- Experience in a fast-paced, startup environment.
