Maintenance Technician (Landmark at Lyncrest)

Qualified candidates must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. consistently, have reliable transportation and availability for 24-hour, on-call maintenance upon schedule. Additionally, qualified candidates must carry an owned smartphone device (cell phone reimbursement will be awarded).
Responsibilities:
As Maintenance Technician, you are responsible for all daily repairs and maintenance of the apartment community. You will perform services needed for HVAC systems, electrical/mechanical systems, plumbing, grounds, structural elements, mechanical equipment and refurbishment of apartments.A strong candidate is one with a high degree of accountability and ownership, excellent time management skills and internal and external customer service.
