Key areas include but are not limited to facility and maintenance management, space planning and utilization, safety and compliance, event support, and vendor coordination.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
- Gaining chiller exposure – Central Plant.
- Assisting in building envelope maintenance.
- Working with the Energy Star Platform.
- Learning about electrical continuity.
- Supporting the monitoring and maintenance of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other building systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Providing logistical support for company events, meetings, and conferences, including setup, equipment arrangement, and space readiness.
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:
- Graduating with a bachelor’s degree in 2025 or 2026 (current junior/senior status)
- The ability to work Monday thru Friday, 40-hours a week, fully on-site in Pontiac, MI from the end of May to mid-August
- An openness to learning, willingness to be coached, and ability to be flexible in our every-changing industry
- Ability to thrive in a team environment

- A drive to succeed
NICE TO HAVE QUALIFICATIONS:
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program in Climate Control Engineering or Mechanical Engineering – HVAC, or related field.
