Desktop Support Analyst

• Handle the installation, maintenance, and repair of various hardware components
• Manage network systems and ensure their optimal performance
• Oversee the operation and maintenance of software applications across the company
• Offer technical support and training to users, ensuring efficient use of systems
• Provide support for mobile phone systems within the organization
• Travel between facilities as part of your role in providing comprehensive technical support
• Work on the configuration and management of backup technologies
• Ensure efficient operation of Apple and Android devices within the company
• Provide support for printers and other peripheral devices
• Manage and maintain Dell and Cisco Technologies within the organization
• Oversee the operation and maintenance of Active Directory and Citrix Technologies. • Proficiency in Android Development, with a strong emphasis on troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Solid understanding and hands-on experience with Cisco Technologies.
• Familiarity with Citrix Technologies and ability to utilize them in a desktop support context.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Computer Hardware and ability to perform necessary repairs or upgrades.
• Proficient in Dell Technologies, including hardware and software aspects.
• Experience with Active Directory, including user administration and group policies.
• Ability to support Apple Devices, including troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Experience with Backup Technologies, ensuring data safety and recoverability.
• Knowledge of Configuration Management and its application in a desktop support setting.
