• Prepare Breakfast Items: Cook a variety of breakfast items including omelettes, eggs, pancakes, and other morning dishes according to specific dietary needs.
• Omelette Station Management: Create made-to-order omelettes during breakfast service, ensuring speed, accuracy, and proper presentation.
• Follow Dietary Restrictions: Ensure meals meet residents' dietary restrictions, such as low-sodium or low-sugar options, and accommodate food allergies.
• Maintain Food Quality: Ensure all dishes are prepared to the highest quality, meeting both taste and presentation standards.
• Set Up and Stock Stations: Properly set up the breakfast station, including stocking all necessary ingredients like eggs, cheese, vegetables, meats, and sauces.
• Clean and Sanitize Work Areas: Maintain cleanliness and hygiene at the omelette station and throughout the kitchen, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.
