• Ensure effective communication with customers, addressing their inquiries and ensuring their satisfaction.
• Accurately process and log customer orders, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
• Assist the sales team by making outbound calls to customers regarding specific issues or sales/marketing promotions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to orders and deliveries.
• Handle inbound calls from the sales team regarding product inquiries, returns, quotes, and other customer-related inquiries.
• Generate proposals and process quotes on behalf of the sales managers, ensuring accurate and timely delivery to customers.
• Utilize your skills in sales support, logistics, and supply chain logistics to efficiently manage purchase orders and invoice entries. • Proven experience in Sales Support within the Healthcare, Hospitals, or Social Assistance sector
• Demonstrable ability to code and enter invoices accurately and efficiently
• Experience in handling Purchase Orders, ensuring they are processed in a timely manner
• Excellent Customer Communication skills, able to engage and resolve issues effectively
• Basic understanding of Logistics, ideally within a healthcare or hospital setting
• Knowledge of Supply Chain Logistics, and how it relates to the sales support function
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
