We are offering an exciting remote Email Specialist role. You will be handling the technical aspects of digital campaigns, ensuring effective delivery of email marketing messages, and managing multiple deadlines with efficiency and flexibility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the technical build-out of multiple concurrent digital campaigns, leveraging expertise in HTML and email marketing automation tools.
• Implement and maintain email marketing campaigns, ensuring optimal delivery and execution aligned with industry best practices.
• Effectively manage queries, emails, and incoming tickets, addressing them independently and promptly.
• Coordinate multiple projects and deadlines, demonstrating excellent flexibility, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
• Show initiative by operating independently to identify and resolve problems efficiently.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud with a focus on design and video editing tools
• Experience with Content Management Systems (CMS) for website management and updates
• Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems for tracking and analyzing customer interactions
• Ability to utilize Facebook Insights to guide social media strategy and engagement
• Experience with Google Ads for developing and implementing paid advertising campaigns
• Understanding of AB Testing techniques to optimize digital content and marketing strategies
• Proven experience in creating compelling advertisements for various digital platforms
