Implementation Project Manager

Overview:

The ideal candidate brings proven experience and knowledge of 340B Compliance, EMR Integration and Supply activities as they relate to Pharmacy & Healthcare Operations.

This is a remote-based position within the Continental US.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead complex projects simultaneously that may involve multiple internal and external stakeholders.
2. Lead & develop the project charter, integrated project plan, and related project management artifacts.
3. Document, track, and disseminates risks, issues, assumptions, action items, decisions, and questions.
4. Produce meeting notes that effectively capture and communicate risks, issues, assumptions, action items, due dates, decisions, and questions.
5. Assess and facilitate resolution of all high priority project risks and issues as they are encountered.
6. Define and track project milestones while developing, maintaining, and reporting on an overall integrated delivery plan.
7. Continually update relevant business stakeholder of project status and periodically publish project status reports.
8. Ensure all projects adhere to project methodology compliance standards set by the company and adhere to department best practices.

Qualifications:

Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of work experience & education

Experience:

• 5+ years’ experience in project management; experience in healthcare or pharmacy with PMP certification preferred

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

1. Strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines.
2. Proven experience and knowledge of 340B Compliance, EMR Integration and Supply activities as they relate to Pharmacy & Healthcare Operations
3. Proven ability to effectively manage multiple large-scale projects at once.
4. Proven ability to ability to influence others in a dynamic and matrixed environment.
5. Proven ability to effectively collect and document project requirements.
6. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and ability to work effectively with all organizational levels
7. Strong meeting facilitation skills in both face-to-face and virtual situations, including the ability to make effective presentations.
8. Sound business and technical acumen.
9. Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
10. Skilled in the use of the following tools:

• Advanced skill level in Microsoft Excel - Required
• Intermediate skill level in Microsoft Project or Smartsheet – Required
• Experience using Microsoft Outlook - Required
• Experience using Confluence - Beneficial
