**This position is an on-site role based out of our Dallas office**
About you
As the Office Operations Coordinator, you will work closely with the Regional Operations Manager and Administrative Manager to oversee the effective running of the office operations. You will also provide proactive and professional general office administrative support to the Operations team.You will use your resilience and a proactive approach to any project that you tackle.
In this role, you will
Manage and monitor the inventory of office and kitchen supplies, including service & maintenance orders on equipment.
Manage the listing database
Process Accounts Payable for our region
Support with new hire onboarding, including desk setup, IT and administrative coordination.
Support local office events and philanthropic activities
Oversee the voice mailbox systems for Dallas, Oklahoma, and Louisiana.
Coordinate communications, schedules, and information flow between departments.
Contribute and participate in the development of new operational systems and processes, as well as assist with change management activities such as floor plan changes and workplace allocation.
What youll bring- 5 years of progressive administrative or operations/office services experience in a similar role.
Strong interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational skills.
Demonstrated experience with project management.
Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office (MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel).
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to communicate and collaborate at all levels of the organization.
Demonstrated experience taking initiative and exercising good judgment and attention to detail.
Exhibits initiative and good judgment, attention to detail.
Client service oriented (both internal and external)
