Job Description:
- As the customer service representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls daily
- Assisting customers/clients over the phone and through email on their accounts and any questions they may have
- Updating customer accounts and entering in new or updated data
- Also as the customer service representative, you will be responsible for following up with customers on certain needs
- 2+ years of customer service or call center experience
- bilingual in Spanish
- Excellent customer service skills
- Great written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented and well-organized
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
