About Our Client
Our client is a leading General Contractor specializing in healthcare construction projects. We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality projects that meet the strict requirements of the Office of Statewide Health Planning and Development (OSHPD) / Department of Health Care Access and Information (HCAI).We are seeking an experienced OSHPD/HCAI Project Manager to join our team in Carlsbad, CA.
Job Description- Oversee all phases of healthcare construction projects, ensuring compliance with OSHPD/HCAI regulations.
- Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and regulatory agencies.
- Ensure all documentation is prepared, submitted, and approved in accordance with OSHPD/HCAI requirements.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that arise.
- Lead project meetings and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Manage project closeout procedures, ensuring all OSHPD/HCAI requirements are met.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.

The Successful Applicant- Minimum of 5 years of experience managing OSHPD/HCAI healthcare construction projects.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of OSHPD/HCAI regulations and compliance requirements.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, etc.).
- Not for New York City Applicants.
