Admin/Receptionist

We are seeking a motivated Admin/Receptionist to join our team in Fresno, California. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, managing multiple phone lines, and ensuring all customer files are meticulously organized.
This role offers a long-term contract employment opportunity and heavily utilizes Microsoft Suite applications.
Key responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact, delivering exceptional customer service at the reception desk.
- Handle a multi-line telephone system, directing calls as necessary.
- Ensure all customer files are scanned, compiled, and organized efficiently.
- Utilize Microsoft Suite applications, including but not limited to Word and Excel, to perform daily tasks.
- Manage the assembly and stuffing of envelopes for client correspondence.
- Maintain accurate customer records and respond to customer inquiries.
- Take appropriate action on customer accounts based on monitoring results.
- Use your data entry skills to process customer credit applications accurately and efficiently.
- Employ your strong interpersonal skills to maintain positive customer relationships.
- Schedule appointments as needed, demonstrating your proficiency in Microsoft Outlook. • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or receptionist role
- Proficient in answering a multi-line phone system
- Excellent customer service skills
- Proficient in data entry tasks
- Ability to handle email correspondence effectively
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Word
- Experience in organizing files and maintaining an organized workspace
- Ability to schedule appointments and manage calendars efficiently.
