Admin/Receptionist

This role offers a long-term contract employment opportunity and heavily utilizes Microsoft Suite applications.

Key responsibilities:

• Serve as the first point of contact, delivering exceptional customer service at the reception desk.
• Handle a multi-line telephone system, directing calls as necessary.
• Ensure all customer files are scanned, compiled, and organized efficiently.
• Utilize Microsoft Suite applications, including but not limited to Word and Excel, to perform daily tasks.
• Manage the assembly and stuffing of envelopes for client correspondence.
• Maintain accurate customer records and respond to customer inquiries.
• Take appropriate action on customer accounts based on monitoring results.
• Use your data entry skills to process customer credit applications accurately and efficiently.
• Employ your strong interpersonal skills to maintain positive customer relationships.
• Schedule appointments as needed, demonstrating your proficiency in Microsoft Outlook. • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or receptionist role
• Proficient in answering a multi-line phone system
