About Our Client

We are supporting our client, a dynamic global organization expanding its footprint in Poland, in their mission to find an experienced and proactive HR leader to drive the HR strategy and operations for their growing GBS hub. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact in shaping the future of global market player.

The role will combine strategic input with a hands-on approach.

Job Description
  • Act as a the HR leader for the operations in Poland (SSC / GBS center)
  • Be a trusted business partner by collaborating with leaders across business units in Poland and abroad to provide HR insights and solutions that enhance performance and employee engagement.
  • Be actively involved in further shaping the strategy of the center in Poland and company's strategy in Europe.
  • Support the relocation of new functions to Poland and actively identify market opportunities to further expand the GBS hub's capabilities.
  • Oversee workforce planning, role structuring, and change management initiatives to support the scalability and efficiency of the organization.
  • Drive initiatives to enhance employee experience, focusing on learning and development, wellbeing, and diversity, equity, and inclusion.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and global company standards, implementing HR policies and practices that meet operational and legal requirements.
  • Collaborate with regional and global HR teams to exchange insights, share best practices, and drive consistency across multiple locations.
The Successful Applicant
  • A strong track record of HR leadership in a GBS or SSC in a multinational organization.
  • Extensive experience in HR business partnering, with the ability to influence and collaborate across diverse stakeholders.
  • Proven expertise in managing transitions and onboarding new functions into shared service hubs.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Polish labor market and HR regulations.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills, combined with a proactive, can-do attitude.
  • Knowledge of Polish and English is a must.
