People & Culture Operations Specialist (f/m/d)

Your role:
We are in business to save our home planet. You'll be helping us achieve this by supporting a wide range of People and Culture (P&C) operations topics throughout the EMEA region, including onboarding, offboarding, contracting, benefits administration, and Workday support.
As part of the P&C operations team, you will support our digital transformation and provide full-cycle P&C administrative support including: drafting employment agreements and all contract letters, ensuring accurate data for payroll and reporting, answering questions on P&C policies and Workday system.Collaborating closely with the Workday and P&C Operations Manager and P&C Operations team, you will play a critical role in executing various projects to standardize and strengthen P&C practices across the global organization.
Main tasks:
- Supporting employees on a wide range of P&C operations topics through Zendesk and providing counsel and support on policies and procedures;
- Own the complete onboarding and offboarding process including people administration, verification of required documentation, and coordination with IT hardware and access.
- Responsible for all employment contracts, termination letters, transfer letters, salary change notifications, employee confirmation letters, and any other relevant addenda;
- Ensure compliance with local HR laws in different countries;
- Provide support in benefits related questions and enrolment and time and absence management;
- Act as the technical point of contact and system administrator of Workday. Maintain Workday support between P&C team and employees, conducting trainings on Workday;
- Collaborate with P&C Operations Manager in project support for Workday solution designs, functional process mapping, testing and implementation;
- Collaborate with P&C Operations team to create and maintain guides and internal policies on operational processes using Confluence;
- Support audits when necessary for data integrity in Workday and in Payroll;
- Communicate accurate information with the payroll specialist of any pay changes before payroll cutoff;
- Supporting the ongoing projects in P&C operations when needed
What we’re looking for:
- An inclusive mindset
- 1-2 years of experience in People & Culture Administration in an international environment or relevant educational background .
- Experience with Workday and Zendesk, or any other HRIS and ticketing system.
- Experience with managing employee lifecycle
- Fluent English; in addition French and/or German will be a plus;
- Detail-oriented approach and aptitude for quickly adapt to new systems and proactively find solutions to complex problems.
- Good communication skills, both written as well as spoken.
- Ability to thrive in rapidly evolving environment and to remain flexible to change
- A love of the outdoors
- An interest in saving our home planet and making a positive impact through your work

- This is a Full-time position based in Amsterdam
- We have a hybrid work model, working from home for maximum 3 days per week
