Pharmacist - Clinical Pharmacy Services
Description:We are seeking a Clinical Pharmacist to join our team in an inpatient setting. This role involves overseeing the safe and effective use of medications, conducting drug therapy management, and working with healthcare teams to resolve medication-related problems.
The pharmacist will also provide counseling, conduct medication reviews, and assist in maintaining inventory levels. A NYS pharmacy license is required, and a background in clinical pharmacy is highly preferred.
Mandatory Skills:
- NYS pharmacy license required
- 1+ years of clinical pharmacy experience
- Experience with medication therapy management and DUR
- Strong knowledge of anticoagulation therapy and pharmacotherapy
- Ability to supervise and train pharmacy staff
Total pay: $140,000 - $160,000 per year
