- 2+ years of experience in warehouse management or similar roles, preferably in the food manufacturing or logistics industry.
- leadership skills with a proven track record of managing and motivating a team.
- Ability to implement new technologies and streamline warehouse operations.
- Familiarity with warehouse management software (WMS) and inventory control systems.
- Knowledge of warehouse safety practices and OSHA regulations.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Energetic, proactive, and ready to contribute to the growth of a new and exciting business.

Responsibilities- Oversee daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring efficient and accurate receipt, storage, and distribution of materials and products.
- Implement and improve warehouse processes, optimizing workflow and inventory management.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of warehouse associates to meet and exceed performance targets.
- Develop and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment for all employees.
- Manage inventory control, tracking stock levels, and ensuring product availability.
- Collaborate with production and logistics teams to ensure seamless operations and on-time deliveries.
