FT Training -PT Remote Customer Care Specialist - Saint Paul

The contract-only Part time after training Customer Care Contact Specialist is needed due to support life insurance inquirers and will be mainly working from home. You must have Wired Internet connection (NOT WIFI) provided by fiber, cable, or DSL.

You will be going onsite to pick up equipment and for training.

salary: $19 - $20 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

education: High School

Responsibilities
  • Mainly remote role but you do need to be able to commute to the office for certain events or training
  • Please note: Training is FULL TIME (mainly remote) for the first 3-4 weeks and then you will transition to a part time schedule that will be one of the following
  • Mon/Tue 7:00am-5:45pm and Wed 10:30am-2:30pm
  • Mon-Wed 7:00am-3:45pm
  • Mon-Wed 9:00am-3:00pm
  • Answer incoming phone calls and emails from Policyholders, Field Agents, Distribution Partners and Third Parties requesting information on Individual Life insurance products, policies and procedures.
  • Provide compassionate, timely and accurate responses to the inquirer.
  • Assist caller or email inquirer with initiating a variety of insurance claims.
  • Provide clients with information on pending administrative and contractual policy change requests.
  • Provide callers with current policy information, values and quotes.
  • Facilitate policy premium payments, loan transactions and allocation changes.
  • Facilitate administrative requests (address changes, beneficiary changes, ownership changes, etc.)
  • Assist callers with our website, including navigation, transaction processing and troubleshooting.
